LANGUAGE
English is the official language of the congress. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

 

VISA
Entering Indonesia without any visa is possible for nationals of the following 11 countries and territories :

Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Citizens of the above countries will be issued on arrival a stay permit for 30 days free of charge upon presentation of a passport which is valid at least for another 6 months.

 

Visa on Arrival (VoA)
The Visa on arrival can be obtained by any of the 64 nationalities below :

Algeria, Argentine, Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Latvia, Libya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Surinam, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan Territory, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA.

You can obtain Visa on arrival up to 30-day.

  • Payment of Visa must be in cash (no credit card).
  • Onward ticket or return ticket must be shown on arrival.
  • Passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry.

Travelers from the above countries must be in possession of a passport which is valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival and the completed embarkation/disembarkation card they received from their airline. Arriving travelers with Visa-On-Arrival status have to go first to one of the 'VoA Counters' to pay the appropriate fee and have their passports stamped with the VoA before proceeding to the Immigration Clearance Desk. An official bank is part of the VoA service counters.

 

AIRPORT

Ngurah Rai, Bali International Airport also known as Denpasar International Airport (DPS). The airport is located in Tuban on the Island of Bali, between Kuta and Jimbaran and is close to tourist location of southern Bali; the resort center of Kuta. The capital of Bali, Denpasar is located nearby.

 

TRANSPORTATION FROM AIRPORT

At Ngurah Rai International Airport Bali please approach the Taxi Counter mentioned your hotel name and the officer will inform you the fix rate charge that you need to pay.


WATER
Please do not drink local tap water. Water used in food preparation and ice making is purified.

 

ELECTRICITY
220 voltage.

 

AIRPORT TAX
Airport tax levied on passengers for international travel Rp.150,000.

 

MONEY CHANGER
Please go to a big and reliable money changer.
